To start a custom order please purchase one of the custom order deposits in my custom orders section.

Please read the entire description before purchasing. This is a nonrefundable deposit however the deposit will come off the final price.

I have to add a deposit for custom orders due to purchasing supplies and having a legit time frame for the custom order itself

There may be times where I am unable to take us to orders and at that point the listing for the deposit will read sold out

If you dislike your item, return shipping is paid by you.

as of 6/24/219 all items ship with free shipping and the refund will be less the shipping charge it was to get to you plus a 15% restocking fee. This will cover shop costs like, shop fees and sanitation processes.

You must contact me before you send the item back for authorization. Any orders that are just sent back to me without contacting me first, may not qualify for a refund. I will also let you know what the refund will be at that time.

15% restocking fee (15% of $20) -$3.00

Once received back it may take up to two weeks before refund is processed and Depending on your financial institution may take up to 10 business days for the money to reflect in your account
